Standardized Onboarding for All Team Members
Designed and developed a multi-week global onboarding curricula for all new hires.
The onboarding learning paths are designed to help new hires become familiar with the company’s products, services, commonly used acronyms, business units, and more. It also includes assessments to confirm baseline knowledge of technology and applications. During Weeks 2 and 3 of onboarding, new hires review company policies and complete compliance courses on workplace safety.

New Hire Agenda - Schedule & Objectives
This schedule, outlining daily objectives and week-long competencies, was designed to guide new hires in understanding the content covered each day and effectively managing their time, providing them with a sense of grounding and support.

Computer & Application Assessment
Created, implemented, and launched a 30-question computer and application based assessment to evaluate the knowledge base of team members upon joining the company. The purpose of this assessment is to help fill skill gaps, level set expectations for IT team when working with users and determine mastery when identifying talent alignment.

Introduction to the Distribution Center
Developed new hire micro-learnings for contract and permanent distributions center team members on topics including: clocking in, proper work attire, where to park, expectations on taking breaks and more.
