    In tracking digital content learning analytics, we achieved the following adoption.

    Sales Enablement platform had 347 total users registered, with 303 active users consuming content.

    A series of custom learning paths were assigned to users and 91% completed 100% of modules assigned.

    Learning platform contained 23K curated and custom built modules. Of the 735 modules published, 87% are Quick Update, SCORM compliant Micro-Learnings.

    Module length ranged from 1 minute to 45 minutes with 70% of the modules being 3 minutes or less.

    Established governance process to ensure content was continually renewed and updated.

  • Competency Mapping

    In collaboration with department heads, identified skills needed to be successful in the designated position.

    From the collected data, identified course modules, curated content, and resources available to fill performance gaps.

  • Job Task Analysis

    Conducted structured informational interviews with all members of the brand team, determined skills and job tasks used in the role to determine knowledge gaps and identify position redundancy within the department.
